Hear ye, hear ye–
Are you/were you a radiation therapy patient? Would you be willing to share your story and inspire others?
If so, we are now accepting applications for our very first featured hero or heroine! Write to us your story at hero@radiationfriends.org, and if selected, you will find your story right here. We’ll try to rotate a new hero every month. Tell us anything about your experience–the emotions you felt at the time of your diagnosis, your experience with treatment, or revelations you’ve learned about life along the way. In your e-mail, let us know how much anonymity you would like to keep — anything from being completely anonymous, having just your initials and/or location, or if you don’t mind the spotlight– your name and even a small headshot!
